Hear your protocol, then see what differed.
The Protocol Coach reads your own protocol one action at a time. After you stop, BenchVoice compares what you said and lists any differences.
Example
Compared with your protocol, after you stopped
Voltage: you said 120 V, the protocol says 100 V. mark as intentional
anti-HER2 1:1,000, added, not in this protocol (noted, not flagged)
One action at a time
The Coach reads a single action and waits. Nothing advances on its own.
Compare after you stop
When you finish, it lists where a value you said differs from the protocol, for you to confirm.
It records and compares
It does not decide what your experiment should contain.
Read aloud
One action at a time, hands-free.
Next and repeat
You advance explicitly.
Branch choices
Pick a path; nothing is chosen for you.
Thermal-cycling values
Read exactly as stored.
Compare after you stop
Differences listed, not during recording.
Mark as intentional
A deliberate change stays on the record.
Questions
- Does it check me while I record?
- No. The comparison runs after you stop the recording, not during it.
- Does it flag a missing step?
- It compares values you said against the protocol; it does not infer a skipped step from silence.
- What if a difference was deliberate?
- Mark it as intentional and the record keeps it.
